When I installed this software, after I entered the product code, the instructions said to click on start and choose the app I wanted to use. This is the only way I can access the Office I just installed.. Probably because of what you said previously, only one version of Office can be on a machine. Do you think if I remove Pro plus and reinstall, that it will work differently because you said there can only be one version?
I am definitely thinking about removing and reinstalling Office. I hesitate removing office and completely losing my spreadsheets. It would take me hours and I would have lost a lot of older information. Office Pro Plus purchased on the internet at knock down prices are sold in contravention of the Microsoft licence. I get what your saying. I retired 12 years ago and I am just trying to save 4 or 5 documents from an old Office I purchased I can't remember when. I have no use for Office other than that. You should uninstall the first Office Pro Plus, because it has been blocked and is not going to work again. The second Office Pro Plus may start working.
